Header counts are last 60 days, then all-time. Inside each topic, the sub-question counts are all-time, so you can see exactly how many people asked each thing. Replies are written to send as-is, with {{merge fields}} for anything account-specific.
Two defects on our side generate a large share of the hardest tickets. Neither is answerable by a macro. Fix them once and the future volume drops.
Non-US affiliates (Spain, UK, India, Switzerland) are pushed to Form 8233 instead of W-8BEN, causing 30% withholding or a hard payout block. 17 of the 37 tax tickets are this exact issue. An activated affiliate code throws coupon cannot be applied — does not exist at checkout: an activation → WooCommerce sync gap. We already have audit-activation-failures.py for exactly this.
